How are the online lessons delivered?
Through the Zoom platform - so please download Zoom to your computer, lap-top, tablet or device. Before the start of a lesson, you will receive an email with a link to the Zoom meeting/lesson. Please open the link to start the lesson.
What equipment do I need?
You will need to use a device with a camera. For better sound quality, you might want to use a headset with a microphone. You might also want to use an ethernet cable for a more stable internet connection.
Do I need to buy a course-book or pay for lesson materials?
No - lesson materials are provided and are included in the price of the online lesson or course. However, if there is a course-book or specific material you would like to cover in our lessons, I am always happy to accommodate that.
How long are the online lessons?
An online English lesson is 60 minutes long.
Can I re-schedule or cancel a lesson?
You can re-schedule the time and day of a lesson up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson. It is not possible to re-schedule a lesson without giving 24 hours’ notice. Once a lesson has been booked and paid for, it is not possible to cancel or get a refund.
